Course Overview:
As a CI® Certified Home & Property Inspector student you will receive a quality, working education in one of today's most popular construction fields. Topics will include: Practical industry standards and Florida code application; all aspects of the inspection process; Florida accessibility standards; liability considerations and risk management; as well as hands-on training with many of the necessary tools required for proper home inspection. Upon completion of this course, you will have gained the knowledge to competently identify and assess existing conditions and recommend proper -- and often times -- immediate necessary repair.
