The CI^® Certified Residential Dwelling Technician course is designed to educate in preparation for becoming a licensed residential contractor, as well as provide advanced continuing education for those who are already licensed. Topics for this course include, but are not limited to, one and two family code review, residential math and plan interpretation, estimating and scheduling, laws and rules pertaining to residential construction, and safety. This course is currently being developed and will be available in early 2006.
